RxSense
Product design · 2022–Present
At a Glance
RxSense powers SingleCare and related savings and platform products. I focus on the consumer drug and pharmacy journey on mobile and web, partner with engineering and product on delivery, and run an experimentation program that ships measurable, incremental improvements.
Context
SingleCare helps people compare prescription prices and use a savings card at the pharmacy. Behind that experience is a complex set of constraints: SEO, compliance, account growth, and partner integrations. My work sits where those requirements meet the member trying to complete a high-stakes task quickly.
Role & Responsibilities
As a product designer on SingleCare, I prioritize problems from data and stakeholder input, design variants for A/B tests, and partner with engineering from spec through QA. For simpler UI changes I build production-ready layouts; for deeper logic I write tickets and align on edge cases and analytics.
Impact
Wins show up as statistically significant lifts on core funnels—claims, saves, and follow-on conversions—and as clearer flows that reduce unnecessary taps and confusion. Successful variants often become the default experience and inform the next wave of tests.
Selected Work
Case studies from this role:
- SingleCare: Drug Page UX — Mobile web A/B test focused on prescription context, location framing, and supporting actions.
Collaboration
I work closely with product managers, engineers, and analytics to define success metrics and ship with confidence. Research and content partners help ground decisions in member needs and brand voice.
